5 Tesla Superconducting Magnet in Recondensing Cryostat
This system features a superconducting magnet capable of producing a 5 Tesla magnetic field, with a 15cm horizontal room temperature bore. The proprietary design is optimized for low-energy radioactive ion beam generation, with magnetic field alignment to the room temperature bore precisely calibrated. A single Sumitomo Gifford-McMahon cryocooler automatically maintains the liquid helium supply level.
